Ajax MotionProtect Motion Detector with Pet Immunity, Black

Ajax MotionProtect is a wireless indoor PIR motion detector designed to detect movement indoors and reduce the risk of false alarms caused by pets, drafts or air conditioners.

Performance and protection

The detector communicates with Ajax Hub at up to 1,700 m in open space, detects motion at up to 12 m and processes signals digitally. The SmartDetect algorithm helps ignore pets weighing up to 20 kg and up to 50 cm tall, while temperature compensation supports stable operation under varying conditions.

The device uses authentication, encrypted Jeweller communication, jamming detection, frequency hopping and tamper protection. SmartBracket allows installation without dismantling the enclosure, while connection quality and the detection zone can be tested remotely.
