Description
The Tigo Access Point (TAP) is a communications gateway between compatible Tigo TS4 module-level devices and a Cloud Connect Advanced (CCA) controller in a photovoltaic system.
Use and compatibility
- Wirelessly communicates with compatible TS4-A-O, TS4-A-S and TS4-A-M devices and connects to the CCA by RS485 cable.
- A CCA and compatible TS4 devices are required; the TAP is not a stand-alone monitoring controller.
- Supports data collection from up to 300 TS4 units; recommended distance is up to 10 m to the nearest TS4 and up to 35 m to the farthest.
- Tool-free module-frame installation and setup through the Tigo SMART app for Android or iOS.
