This PV DC combiner box is designed for a 4 string solar array with 4 inputs and 4 outputs. It provides DC-side isolation and surge protection at up to 1000 V.

Features

• Flame-retardant V0 polycarbonate enclosure with UV resistance, IP66 ingress protection and IK10 impact resistance.
• Includes MC4 connectors and cable glands.
• Door-coupled, lockable DC switch: 4P, 1000 V, 50 A, quantity 2; patented arc-extinguishing chamber with magnetic elements for rapid interruption.
• DC switch standard: IEC 60947-3 PV2.
• Three-pole 1000 V DC surge protective device, 20 kA nominal and 40 kA maximum discharge current, response time under 25 ns, quantity 4.
• Surge protector standards: IEC 61643 and UL 1449.
