PV DC Combiner Box, 8 Inputs / 8 Outputs, 1000 V, IP66

This PV DC combiner box is designed for an eight-string solar array with eight inputs and eight outputs. It provides DC-side isolation and surge protection at up to 1000 V.

Features

• Flame-retardant V0 polycarbonate enclosure with UV resistance, IP66 ingress protection and IK10 impact resistance.
• Includes MC4 connectors and cable glands.
• Two door-coupled, lockable 6P DC switches rated at 1000 V and 50 A, with patented arc-extinguishing chambers and magnetic elements for rapid interruption.
• DC switch standard: IEC 60947-3 PV2.
• Eight 3P 1000 V DC surge protective devices, each rated at 20 kA nominal and 40 kA maximum discharge current, with a response time under 25 ns.
• Surge protector standards: IEC 61643 and UL 1449.
